Should I submit an issue or email?

If you have a fixable WordPress problem, submit an issue so the community can track and solve it. Use this form for questions, feedback, or private matters.

Is it really free?

Yes. WP FixBoard is a free hobby project where anyone can post an issue or chip in with a fix — completely free of charge.

How fast will I get a reply?

I read every message myself and reply as soon as I can. Need it faster? Pick an urgent priority fix and I will bump it to the top of my list.

Do you need access to my site?

Only if needed, and only with your permission. For most issues, sharing the error details and steps to reproduce is enough to start.
